The toddler and I recently had a chance to tour one of Carnival’s ships.  With amazing amenities, delicious food options and so many fun activities, there’s something for everyone  and although for many the destination is the trip, I think the ship is the main attraction.  We can’t wait to go on our first cruise some day.

Through the “Make the Magic Yours” campaign, which includes a wild array of contests and promotions, Carnival is inviting fans of fun to “make the Magic theirs” by submitting ideas and voting on their favorites, while supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. The campaign will run Aug. 24, 2010, through Feb. 18, 2011, and Carnival will make a donation of up to $50,000 to St. Jude.

This month, Carnival is inviting fans of fun to “make the Magic theirs” by giving folks the chance to name a gigantic, 500-gallon “dump bucket” that is part of the splash-tastic WaterWorks aqua park onboard , the newest “Fun Ship,” setting sail May 1, 2011.  The aquapark will offer thrills with an exhilarating “Twister” spiral water slide, as well as the new Aqua Play splash park designed for youngsters and their families and a host of other wet ’n wild features. The prize-pack will also contain a digital camera, beach bucket, towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Visit to enter.
