Girls that Love to Brunch with #AsellinaJunior

IMG_0050This past weekend, Ava and I got an exclusive sneak peek at Asellina’s new Kid’s Brunch menu which debuts this Easter weekend.  Along with her best friend and her mother, we had been looking forward to brunch at Asellina in the gorgeous Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel from the minute we got the invite.  Already impressed with their adult brunch special menu, the adults were super excited to bring the kids in on the fun too.

IMG_0049Greeted by the host, the girls were giddy choosing their entertainment packs and sat down to personalized kid menus.  We sat back, sipping on our bellinis and watched our girls mull over their many choices. They got to choose from delicious options like Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast, Nutella Crepes, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, and more. While we were super envious of some of their entree choices, we had some seriously delightful options ourselves from choosing to go more the breakfast route with a Pancake Tower or more leaning towards the lunch side of the menu with the Baked Pappardelle.

IMG_0075In addition to debuting the new Kids Menu this weekend, they will have a special Easter Brunch menu which includes:

  • White and green asparagus – duck egg – black truffle $18
  • Kale – shaved baby carrots – pickled cipollini onion – duck prosciutto – roasted garlic vinegrette $13
  • Blueberry and ricotta pancake – lemon infused syrup – white chocolate gelato  $15
  • Lobster and Arugula egg benedict – Béarnaise $25
  • Porchetta hash – artichokes – goat cheese $22

IMG_0053Each dish sounds so amazing! We had such a great time at Asellina, and it was such an awesome deal too! Every item on the Kids menu is $8.95 and the Brunch special is only $33 which includes an entree and up to 4 brunch cocktails. We definitely plan on making Brunch at Asellina a more regular thing and the girls?  Well they’re already making plans to brunch with their girlfriends.
