REVIEW & GIVEAWAY: KidFresh in the Freezer Aisle!

What’s the sneakiest way you’ve gotten your kids to eat good stuff?  While I throw a good party, I’m hardly domesticated.  I do dabble here and there in the kitchen, if the mood so strikes me.  I made a kick ass Marinara sauce that was full of hidden goodies one time…a long time ago. Score one for me!  But that was one day.  What’s my kids to eat all those other days?  I have to trust my brands and these days, brands like Kidfresh make it so easy!

With the help of a top chef and a pediatric nutritionist they started a concept store in New York City where they offered natural and organic kids foods freshly prepared in there kitchen.  It was so successful they decided to broaden their reach and offer their all natural kids meals in supermarkets throughout the country. A twist on children’s favorite foods, rich in vegetables and without a single drop of anything artificial, Kidfresh frozen meals was born.

We love that their packaging meets the highest safety standards with no BPA, no Phthalates or other potentially harmful chemicals and is made from recycled paper, carbon-neutral printing and recyclable containers.

The real question everyone wants to know is does it pass the kid test?  I love my girl, but she is a picky eater and if she spots a veggie she doesn’t like, well… We got our hands on the Wagon Wheels Mac & Cheese and it was a hit!  I even had to take a double take, I still don’t know how they are hiding carrots in that dish.  It was so cheesy yummy delicious and filled with my daughter’s least favorite vegetable.  And she had no clue! Amazing!  Doesn’t she look like she’s enjoying it?

Kidfresh is also available in 5 other delicious varieties:

  • Totally Twisted Pasta + Meatballs with all natural beef meatballs and tomato sauce
