The system otherwise known as the NYC Public School System. It’s sad I feel, considering that I once was a product of that system. If I can say so myself, I’ve done okay. The key word is OKAY. The whole hind milk is fattier than fore milk is FALSE! Hind milk is simply milk at the end of a feed and fore milk is milk at thebeginning of a feed. Making a bottle one morning, I grab a bottle that I steam sterilized the night before from the (unsterile) bottle rack where I put all clean bottles on.
