A Traintastic day with Chuggington! #FirePatrolRescue

IMG_3817The Chuggington series has been a long standing favorite in our home for both of my boys. This action packed children’s series has been a global sensation since 2008 and is now on its fifth season in the US on Disney Junior. Designed for children ages 2-5 (approximately), it is a show that your child/ren will easily become engrossed in. You, as a parent, can be satisfied knowing that they are learning about teamwork, bravery, community and empowerment all in one episode.IMG_3724
Last weekend we were invited to a private celebration at the New York City Fire Museum in Manhattan where my children had the opportunity to check out the newest chugger, Asher, as he made his DVD debut. The kids took part in a special release party for the brand-new Chuggington DVD, “Fire Patrol Rescue”, from Anchor Bay Entertainment. At the NYC Fire Museum, they each had the opportunity to part take in fun-filled, firefighter-themed activities like building firetrucks, and coloring Chuggington trains and of course, watching the brand-new DVD, “Fire Patrol Rescue”. This video has six episodes of action packed stories where Wilson, Brewster, Koko, and other Chuggington friends join Asher in solving problems and saving the day. The DVD also includes bonus features such as Chugger spotlights, coloring and activity pages and more.IMG_3768
The kids all seemed to love the latest release from Chuggington and were thrilled to see two of their favorite things in one show. I mean, you can’t go wrong with combining trains and fire rescue in our house!
All in all, Chuggington got it right with “Fire Patrol Rescue” as it is a DVD that not only teaches valuable lessons on fire safety to children, but will surely entertain your little ones for many years to come.
Coming down the tracks on March 31, this DVD also can be purchased complete with the new ‘Asher’ train from TOMY, and would make a perfect gift for the Chugginton fans in your home.Chuggington Fire Rescue Patrol Box 3D
