Holiday Fun at Great Wolf Lodge #GreatWolfNYC #TMOM
Added to our bucket list is a trip to Great Wolf Lodge. My kids and I were recently guests at an exclusive Great Wolf Lodge Holiday Pop-Up in New York City where we got a chance to experience some of the Great Wolf magic.
Starting with Howl-O-Ween, Great Wolf Lodge has all sorts of fun celebrations including crafts and
Trick or Treating too! We hear there is a monster-themed dance party and they end the night at Great Wolf Lodge with some boo-bit scary stories!
During December, Great Wolf Lodge is transformed into a winter wonderland where it snows even indoor! You can even dine in a life-size Gingerbread House! Great Wolf Lodge has partnered with Just Born, makers of PEEPS, Mike and Ikes and Hot Tamales, to create the edible gingerbread house. Featuring more than 5,000 candies, 600 pounds of gingerbread dough and 1,320 pounds of sugar, the gingerbread house will be baked, iced and candied to perfection, providing the setting for a memorable holiday feast. The appetizing walls of the lodge-baked abode have as much heart as taste as the proceeds for each meal go to charity.
In a house full of boys, my daughter loved her mini pampering session at Scoops Spa, a spa just for girls. She even snagged a mini nail polish in her favorite color purple!
Ava’s favorite part of the event was the cookie decorating station. She couldn’t get enough. She might have had 2 (or 3) cookies.
Marcus got super serious when it came to writing a letter to Santa.
There’ so much fun to be had at Great Wolf Lodge, they had my kids asking when they’ll be going to Great Wolf Lodge. We’ve hesitated in the past because of Marcus’ allergies but a conversation with General Manager of Great Wolf Lodge Poconos, Bill Colavito, assuring us that they take allergies very seriously. The chef comes to speak with each family to plan meals that are safe for each child. It has me thinking, we just might be able to go and feel safe. Great Wolf Lodge here we come!
Coming soon is a new Great Wolf Lodge in beautiful sunny Garden Grove, California, the first indoor waterpark of its kind in all of California!
