Get the Total Experience at the Central Park Zoo
The Central Park Zoo is one of our favorite Zoos to go to with little ones.  It’s just big enough not to be overwhelming for them and has lots of activities to keep the entertained and busy.  So come celebrate the total experience of being in the wild at the Central Park Zoo, located right in the heart of New York City! From leaping lemurs to playful snow monkeys, meet wildlife from around the world, all while enjoying the unique views of Manhattan’s urban playground in the distance.

Visit Central Garden, where you can join our spectacular sea lions as they show off their impressive acrobatic talents at daily feedings.  After, find bushy tailed red pandas in the trees and try to spot elusive snow leopards in their rugged evergreen habitat along Temperate Territory.  Stop by the Tisch Children’s Zoo and pet an array of adorable barnyard animals, including beautiful babydoll lambs.  Then get off your feet and grab a seat for a sensory movie adventure – check out Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaur The 4-D Experience, now playing in our 4-D theater and included in your Total Experience ticket!  We’re huge fans of the Ice Age franchise and my kids can’t wait to check this out.

Sid&Scrat_frontview_printSaturday, May 18th Don’t miss the chance to chill out with costume characters Sid and Scrat from the hit movie, Ice Age. A Total Experience Ticket also gives you access to an exclusive tour of the zoo’s Polar Zone! These special guided tours will follow the 11:15am, 12:15pm, 1:15pm, and 2:15pm screenings of Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaur 4-D Experience.

Beat the heat with this exciting 4-D adventure and travel back to a time when dinosaurs (and woolly mammoths!) ruled the Earth, this summer at the Central Park Zoo.  Will Sid and Scrat see you there?!
