REVIEW & GIVEAWAY: Gillette Fusion ProGlide Styler razor and Fusion ProGlide Clear Shave Gel

I’ve always thought shaving was a pain in the butt… and I, born with great hair genes, luckily rarely have to shave.  According to my husband, its a pain, in more ways than one.  In the course of our relationship I have seen every type of razor cross our bathroom, from the cheap-o razors to the expensive electric razors.  They’ve all come… and long gone.  He has long used Gillette razors, his middle ground compromise for their superior blade technology, but still struggled with burns and nicks despite every fancy lotion and burn cream on the market.  Sephora has done well, thanks to me.

When we received the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Styler razor, I was shocked at how fast he took to it.  It went straight from the box, right up to the bathroom and used immediately.  He walked out a new man.  When I say it received his strongest endorsement ever, I am not kidding.  He even let me photograph him shaving (debuting, Mr MomConfessionals in his first review)!  Days later he is still singing its accolades.  He has never had a closer shave and typically with a new blade, his skin burns as it “conditions”, in this case, no irritation at all.  Excuse the lack of technical speak but he couldn’t pinpoint why it was “soooo smooth”.  I asked if it was ultrasonic or something, and he thought maybe, but whatever it is technically, he definitely credits the combination of both the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Styler razor and Fusion ProGlide Clear Shave Gel.

The Fusion ProGlide Styler brings together technology from the two greatest innovators in the history of men’s shaving – Gillette and Braun. (All of it making sense now to the Mister.) It is a versatile 3-in-1 grooming tool that gives your guy the ability to master any facial hair style with a single device. Whether it’s a finely trimmed goatee, well-kempt beard or closely edged sideburns, the Styler has your guy covered.  The Fusion ProGlide Clear Shave Gel is a non-foaming clear shave gel that allows you to see exactly where to shave for optimal precision when edging and styling facial hair.

The Gillette Fusion ProGlide Styler is the perfect stocking stuffer for the stylish man in your life. The Gillette Fusion ProGlide Style razor and Fusion ProGlide Clear Shave Gel can be purchased at: http://www.gillette.com/en/us/shop-now.aspx and since I have become an avid couponer, I must share.  This week when you buy $30 worth of Gillette products at CVS, you will get $10 in ECB!
